What the Flat Rate Includes
Every apartment flat rate covers our own W-2 crew and truck, pads, shrink-wrap, floor runners, hallway and door-jamb protection, and basic breakdown and reassembly of beds and tables. Standard released-value protection at 60 cents per pound is included, with full-value protection — usually about one to three percent of declared value — available if you want it. We carry $1 million in cargo liability as a licensed Ohio mover, and there is roughly a nine-month window to file a claim.
